Labor: 

Job Requirements: 

• Personal reliable transportation – You must have your own vehicle. Our jobs are not always near public transportation, and you need to be able to get to the jobsite yourself.
• MUST be dependable and punctual
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a labor-intensive environment
• You will be required to frequently lift 50 lbs. or more, work off ladders & other equipment
• Must follow all safety guidelines
• Schedules vary. We work during day, nights and weekends if necessary

Job Duties:

• Safely demolish structures using hand and power tools.
• Remove debris and ensure work areas are clean and organized.
• Operate basic equipment (training provided).

Equipment Operator

Who we are looking for:

Operators with demolition experience: to operate our latest model equipment.

Medium Equipment: Skid Steer

Large Equipment: from 20,000 lb.-200,000 lb. excavators w/a multitude of attachments (ball, beam, hammer, processor, shear, UHD Booms w/processors)

Job Requirements:

• Must have a clean driving record. MVR’s will be checked.
• MUST be dependable and punctual.
• You will be required to lift 50lbs or more and climb on equipment for inspections.
• Schedules vary. We work nights, days and weekends if necessary.
• Operators are required to grease and fuel their own equipment, with the equipment/trucks Hendrix provides.

Job Description:

• On-time arrival on EVERY shift.
• Grease and inspect the equipment prior to the start of each shift.
• Operate equipment in a safe, productive, and efficient manner without causing damage to the surrounding areas/equipment.
• Inspect equipment post shift and report any deficiencies to the management team.
